And in that post contains this text: Checking customize body benefits of Cyborg Ninja Limited Edition for "MGR". Not yet complete.
I think this is a skin for Raiden for MGR. Because in the game, there is this menu selection called "Customize", where you can buy and equip different attires or skins and weapons for Raiden using Battle Points (BP) and look carefully at the pic, Raiden's name is shown at the top of his health bar. The "Limited Edition" word is somewhat a pre-order bonus DLC, or a limited time only DLC?
Update: It is confirmed that Grey Fox (Cyborg Ninja) is a DLC skin. And this trailer shows more DLC skins (Original MGS4 Raiden, White Armor, Red Armor, Green Armor)

It's not yet confirmed if these DLC skins are available for North America.
